Our son had an electric wheelchair of several years vintage which was, quite frankly, falling apart and it did break down quite spectacularly in central London!
A call to Recare and as soon as possible an engineer was on hand to try to get it moving and/ or get our son home which he did.
Clearly, a new electric wheelchair was required and we ordered one through the company.
The customer service on the telephone was excellent and an engineer brought out samples for our son to view and trial.
Yes, a new electric wheelchair was bought and delivered in quick time with the minimum of fuss and what was, quite frankly, outstanding service from Mitch, the engineer.
These guys are at the top of their game.

Made an ad hoc appointment - seen same day by very helpful staff - Ashleigh and Anna.  Wanted advice about purchasing a power chair that was easy for my husband to use and for me to fold and put in the boot.  Bought the chair!
Ashleigh knew exactly what was needed, not pushy, very good service from knowledgable staff who took time to allow my husband to try the chair and for me to try folding it & placing it in the boot of our car.  Will be picking up next week - could have had the chair today - only disappointment was Klarna not allowing the 3/4 payments - however we have 30 days to pay.

Brilliant customer service.

I was trying to source a Vicair Vector cushion with specific measurements for a relative with a new wheelchair & needed it asap.  Several other websites didn’t give options to change the measurements and/ or didn’t offer VAT relief so considerably more expensive. All websites were stating 5-6 week delivery.

I phoned Recare and talked to James who led me through ordering the size I needed & sent the direct order & payment links. VAT relief was straightforward. He then liaised with Invacare on our behalf to request quick delivery.
We received the exact cushion needed, which apparently is “perfect, incredibly comfortable” within 10 days of ordering. Thank you to Recare, what a difference you made to this customer & their everyday life.
