Bariatric Folding Wheelchair folds easily to travel with

The folding system is straightforward to activate and greatly supports the seat. The design of the folding system makes the chair rigid. When unfolded, the chair is much more stable than normal foldable wheelchairs.

Construction STW (Stiffness To Weight) goal. 

We used very light tubing technology on high-end MTB and road bikes. This Minimaxx only weighs approx. 9% of its weight capacity still provides a smooth drive thanks to the rigid folding system and light tubing.

Drives very well due to the wheel positioning

It is designed so the rear wheels carry most of the user’s weight, making pushing easier. The castor wheels are further in front as on standard chairs. This prevents the chair from tipping.

Low seat height for easy access and propelling the chair

The push handles are designed so the attendant can easily use their body to turn and push the chair. In addition, the padded handles are at an angle that puts as little strain on the wrists and shoulders as possible.

Disc brakes are an additional option.

Thus, little effort is required to break the chair even with a full load. A parking brake is added to the disc brake, and the chair also has a wheel lock.

Another option is the sports armrests.

Footrests are designed with 100kg weight capacity each!

The footrests are also side/width adjustable. This enables users with legs aligned or with a wide leg spread to use the chair.

Easier for a user to get in and out of the chair with extra-long armrests
