Off-Road Adventures Begin for Our Lucky Giveaway Winners!

We’re thrilled to receive an update from the winners of our latest Recare Giveaway – many congratulations again to Mark Holland and Asta Wright, who each received a brand-new pair of Omobic Challenger MTB Off-Road Wheels from Recare.

To be in with a chance of winning, we asked our followers to tell us why they would love a set of these rugged, all-terrain wheels. Asta told us: “These would be amazing to combine with my trackwheel for forest walks. And perhaps even on the beach.”

After winning and putting the Omobics through their paces, Asta said: “These are great for uneven ground and make a much smoother ride.”

Meanwhile, Mark told us on winning: “So stoked – this is incredible news.”

Mark, who is on a journey of recovery after a life-changing mountain biking accident, has also already put his new wheels to the test – and we’ve seen the action-packed videos to prove it. 

As an outreach worker for the Backup Trust charity, he knows first-hand the power of the right equipment: “This type of equipment allows people like me and with higher level spinal injuries to see that they can live well and fulfilled lives.”

He even offered to support Recare however he can – thanks, Mark, we may take you up on that!
